Every job is different. Clients require different types of aircraft for different types of work. For this reason we cannot publish a set rate. This is all dependent on the equipment required, and the work required before, during and after the project. When we embark on a project with you, we will provide:
a pre-site survey
risk assessment and shot plans
permissions for flying (where necessary)
CAA qualified pilot
public liability and kit insurance
aircraft, camera and supplies
A lot of work can go into preparation for a job. For this reason, we require a 30% payment up front. When we book a flight, we will leave a day either side of the planned shoot day (when possible) to allow contingency for changes in weather or planning.
Flying Restrictions
UAV operation is regarded as high-risk, which is why it's particularly important to adhere to legal flying restrictions. These must be taken into consideration before and during the planned flight.
maximum flying height of 400ft
the aircraft must maintain a distance of 50m to any people or property that aren't under our control
the aircraft can only fly in areas where permission has been attained - e.g. land or property owner
